·         The Service will not be responsible for any lose of contents or features or inability to perform tasks resulting from downgrading of the account.

If user/customer ignored or skipped any step from the payment instruction (https://qppal.com/payments), or from instruction given personally to user/customer, we don’t offer refunds under any circumstances.

·         If you tried to refund and/or dispute transaction without our support accepting it, all your Service, licenses, activations, products, etc. will be removed and can’t be added or/and restored.
